New Yorkers seeking a seat at the marathon finish line have a Monday deadline. The city’s drawing for 350 free grandstand tickets closes October 26 at 11:59 p.m., according to the mayor’s office.

The TCS New York City Marathon takes place Sunday, November 1. The grandstands overlook the final 200 meters of the course in Central Park. Entrants must be at least 18; selected entrants may receive up to two tickets.

The drawing is operated with New York Road Runners. The city’s announcement links to the entry form at on.nyc.gov/2026marathon. Entry does not guarantee a ticket; winners will be contacted after the drawing.
