Town Lane has closed its second real estate opportunities fund with $1.9 billion in investor commitments, Connect CRE reported Monday. The total exceeds its $1.5 billion target and the $1.25 billion raised for its first fund in 2024.
The firm was co-founded by former Blackstone real estate executive Tyler Henritze and Parker Morse. Investors in the new fund include endowments, foundations, family offices and pension funds.
The fund has a flexible mandate across U.S. commercial property sectors and financing structures. Investor commitments represent available fund capital; they do not establish that the full amount has already been invested in properties.
